En semaine, il y a aussi le choix \u00e0 la carte, pour appr\u00e9cier encore plus une c\u00f4te \u00e0 l&rsquo;os \u00e9trang\u00e8re vieillie ou le plat signature : le Filet en Croute tranch\u00e9 en salle. Dans la salle, l&rsquo;artisanat pr\u00e9vaut : Irish Coffee ou Sabayon dans la salle, tout est possible.
