Garnaal: vis van het jaar
De kaviaar uit de Noordzee is verkozen tot vis van het jaar
Voor de liefhebbers onder ons, de garnaal is door het Vlaams Centrum voor Agro- en Visserijmarketing (VLAM) uitgeroepen tot Vis van het jaar.
Een heerlijke streekproduct, die zich leent voor verschillende bereidingen.. denk maar aan tomaat garnaal, garnaalkroketten, smeus met garnalen en gepocheerd eitje, bisque, kortom keuze genoeg. Vorig jaar kwam de garnaal al uitgebreid aan bod in onze wedstrijd “De beste terrine van België”
De garnaal was 1 van de hoofdbestanddelen waarmee de kandidaten aan de slag moesten.
Het thema dit jaar : Terrine van rog met noordzeekrab en schorseneren.
Misschien wel een voorbode op de volgende verkiezing
